Sweet White Miso - 300g
It's sweet, umami, a bit salty and a whole lot of tasty. Use it in your soups, rub it on your aubergines, spread it on your tempeh. Any time you need a little bit extra, a bit of this will do the trick.
Totally unpasteurised, so it's alive. Keep in the fridge. Use within two weeks of opening. Organic, vegan and all hand made in Edinburgh.
